Ariana Grande, an American pop artist, revealed that her mother, Joan Grande, has often requested her and half-brother Frankie to spread her ashes somewhere illegal.
The 31-year-old pop sensation stated on the ‘Las Culturistas’ podcast, hosted by her ‘Wicked’ co-star Bowen Yang, that Joan usually requested that her ashes be scattered over Cinderella’s Castle at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
“My mom tells us so often,” Ariana said. “And I’m like, ‘Mom, it’s Christmas. Do we have to talk about this?’ And she’s like, ‘Yes! You have to make sure that happens.’”
Ariana added that she once changed inside the Cinderella Castle Suite before a performance there and joked that scattering ashes might land on cast members.
“So you’re gonna be sprinkled on people’s heads who are, like, dressed as Tinker Bell waiting for their cue,” she laughed.
