King West, the son of Lagos transport leader Musiliu Akinsanya alias MC Oluomo, has threatened to sue bloggers for reporting on his reaction to his father’s election as national president of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).
MC Oluomo was elected unopposed on Saturday at the union’s zone secretariat on Osogbo/Ikirun Road. Delegates from the four southwest states of Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, and Ekiti participated in the election.
West responded by sharing an Instagram Story snapshot of his father and President Bola Tinubu.
Reacting to this, West shared a photo of his father and President Bola Tinubu on Instagram Story.
“Nah the country we dey control now, no be only Lagos again,” he wrote, highlighting that his father’s influence in the transport sector had extended beyond Lagos State.
Following reports about his remarks, West wrote on Instagram Story on Sunday that he would sue bloggers who “twist” his statement.
“I’ve been living a sweet life but y’all bloggers are back? Do not twist my words or I will sue you!” He threatened.
“A president of the union controls all the activities the union does in the whole 36 states so calm tf down.”
