Nicki Minaj boldly declared herself as the “Queen of rap” during a recent interview about her Halloween plans.
“The same thing I was last year…The Queen of Rap,” she stated.

Despite being the top-selling female rapper worldwide,Nicki Minaj has never received a Grammy award.
Earlier this year, she thought she had finally won her first Grammy when a tweet mistakenly declared her song ‘Barbie World’ as the winner of Best Rap Song.
Unfortunately, her excitement was short-lived as the tweet was deleted and the real winner, ‘Scientists & Engineers’ by Killer Mike, was announced.
