Portable, a controversial singer, openly insults his lover, Queen Dami, who was once married to the late Alaafin of Oyo, for being ungrateful and chasing women away from his bar.
The conflict erupted on social media after Queen Dami shared a photo of herself on Instagram and wrote about personal growth and resilience.
“The best revenge is getting prettier, smarter, doing better than before, and becoming the highest version of yourself. It’s only you vs you,” she wrote, hinting at her journey to self-improvement.
In the comments, Portable responded harshly, accusing her of causing disruptions in his life and business.
He claimed she had driven away the girls working at his bar, who he implied had been helping her settle in.
Portable also asserted that, despite taking care of her son from her marriage to the late monarch, Queen Dami does not appreciate his efforts.
