Sean Diddy is currently confronted with yet another sexual assault lawsuit as more victims continue to emerge.
As reported in a lawsuit acquired by Us Weekly on Friday, LaTroya Grayson has initiated legal action against the rap mogul concerning an incident from 2006 in which she allegedly was drugged and assaulted during a party.
Grayson’s sibling had secured a victory in a contest hosted by an Oklahoma radio station. The reward encompassed round-trip airfare for both the winner and a guest, accommodations in New York City, and two tickets for attendance at Diddy’s White Party.
Grayson asserts in her legal filings that she and her sibling attended the party, which was subsequently rebranded as a Black Party. The accuser claims that she was permitted entry to the event while her sibling remained outside.
Following the consumption of two drinks at the gathering, Grayson reported feeling unwell and proceeded to the restroom.
In her legal documents, Grayson claimed a complete lack of recollection regarding the remainder of the evening but recalled regaining consciousness at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York, wearing a torn shirt and lacking undergarments.
Upon returning to Oklahoma, Grayson stated in her legal documents that she received a communication from an unidentified female who purportedly advised her against pursuing any action against Diddy, citing his celebrity status and suggesting that it would be futile.
