Why Elon Musk can never be U.S president – Trump

"Twitter is now in sane hands" - Donald Trump reacts after Elon Musk buys Twitter

Donald Trump, the President-elect of the United States, has rejected the idea of handing over the presidency to billionaire Elon Musk.

This statement from Trump comes after President Joe Biden signed a bill to prevent a government shutdown, following criticism of a previous bill that Trump and Musk both publicly opposed.

Musk’s influence, particularly in relation to Trump’s electoral victory, has been a target for criticism from Democrats.

Despite Musk’s previous support for Trump and financial contributions to a PAC supporting him, Trump made it clear during a speech in Arizona that he has no intentions of relinquishing the presidency to the owner of X (formerly Twitter).

“And no, he’s not taking the presidency. He’s not going to be president, that I can tell you. You know why he can’t be? He wasn’t born in this country,” Trump emphasized.

The former president also criticized his political opponents for perpetuating the narrative, describing the speculations as a “hoax.”
