A bench warrant was issued by an Abuja Chief Magistrate Court on Thursday for the arrest of social media activist, Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan.
This is following a criminal defamation case brought by gospel singer Mercy Chinwo.
Magistrate Emmanuel Iyana ordered law enforcement agencies to arrest VDM and bring him before the court for failing to appear after a summons was issued on March 5.
