Diddy’s sexual assault lawsuit dismissed

BREAKING: Diddy Enters Plea Following FBI Arrest On Sex Trafficking, Racketeering Charges

A sexual assault lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in New York has been dismissed by a judge after the plaintiff, known as Jane Doe, chose not to reveal her identity and pursue the case.

The lawsuit, originally filed by attorney Tony Buzbee in October of last year, alleged that Diddy attempted to sexually assault Doe at a party in New York City in 1995.

Doe claimed that Diddy became physically aggressive when she rejected his advances.

In January, Buzbee filed a motion for Doe to proceed anonymously, which the court denied, stating that the “very gravity of the charges” combined with “no evidence of specific and concrete harm… undermine her claim to proceed anonymously.”

The court gave Doe a deadline to refile the complaint under her real name by March 20th.

However, the case was dismissed on March 31st as Doe decided not to move forward with the lawsuit.

Buzbee stated that the woman did not feel comfortable disclosing her identity and ultimately opted not to refile the lawsuit.

“In this particular case, Jane Doe opted not to proceed,” he said.

“There is a lot of fear amongst these plaintiffs. These are tough cases and they are many times re-traumatising for those who pursue them. This woman chose not to proceed and subject herself to the media circus and the perceived danger she felt. We have to respect that.”
