Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another legal battle as civil lawsuits continue to pile up alongside his unresolved mixed conviction awaiting sentencing in Manhattan federal court.
A new $500,000 lawsuit has been filed against the music mogul by Michael Ejiawoko, a male sex worker, in Los Angeles County Court. The suit also names several hotels, including The Palazzo, Wynn Las Vegas, and The London West Hollywood, accusing them of being complicit in a scheme to exploit Ejiawoko under false pretenses.
Ejiawoko alleges that in 2018, Diddy hired him under the assumption that he would be engaging in consensual adult sex work with women. However, he later discovered that the women were allegedly being coerced by Diddy t, who orchestrated the encounters without participating directly.
The complaint further accuses hotel staff of helping Diddy conceal his identity using aliases like “Mr. Star” while arranging rooms, allowing private access, escorting participants, and even disposing of paraphernalia used during these sessions—including oils, drugs, and other items.
Attorney Jonathan D. Evans stated that the hotels knowingly supported the illicit activities by failing to report clear signs of illegal conduct. Ejiawoko also claims he was drugged without consent—alleging that baby oil supplied by Combs was laced with unknown substances—and that his sexual encounters were secretly recorded.
The lawsuit accuses Combs and the hotels of sexual battery, civil conspiracy, and violations of the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act, arguing that Ejiawoko couldn’t give informed consent due to the alleged deception and drugging.
He is seeking over $500,000 in damages, including compensation for emotional distress, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, and a jury trial.
