Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has pushed back against threats of legal action from her colleague Iyabo Ojo, insisting that Iyabo is the one who “started it all.”
The clash between the two stars has taken a personal turn, with Lizzy accusing Iyabo of dragging her young daughter into the feud.
Iyabo Ojo recently vowed to sue Lizzy Anjorin over her alleged repeated death wishes directed at Iyabo’s children and grandson. But in a video shared online this morning, Lizzy responded with her own claims, alleging that Iyabo crossed the line first.
According to Lizzy, Iyabo and her team once came to serve her a court document at her residence. While there, they allegedly spotted Lizzy’s daughter, Florida, who had just returned from school. Lizzy claims they snapped a picture of the child and later circulated it on social media.
The actress further accused Iyabo of mocking her family online. She alleged that Iyabo dropped laughing emojis under several defamatory posts about her daughter, including one suggesting Lizzy herself had died and that her obituary had been published by her family.
Going further, Lizzy accused Iyabo of playing a role in the downfall of singer Naira Marley and his associate Sam Larry during her campaign for justice for the late Mohbad. According to her, Iyabo has refused to return online to clear their names after “destroying their lives.”
The tension between the two actresses shows no signs of easing, with both doubling down on their claims and threats of legal action hanging in the balance.
