“The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” Ray J said in a viral clip. “Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy.”
Ray J had previously suggested that the Kardashians could face racketeering charges, but this latest claim quickly drew sharp pushback.
Kim Kardashian’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, dismissed the allegations outright, calling them “false and defamatory.” He warned that if Ray J continues spreading such claims, he could face a lawsuit under California’s defamation laws.
