Former Sokoto State governor and Senator, Aminu Tambuwal, has pledged to work towards ensuring President Bola Tinubu leaves office in 2027.
Tambuwal made the declaration during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Friday.
“I am committed to using every democratic means possible to make sure that President Tinubu leaves office in 2027. It’s not by my power, but by the grace of God, this will happen,” he said.
The former Speaker of the House of Representatives, however, declined to comment on his recent encounter with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), noting that he preferred not to discuss the matter at the moment.
