Post Malone and his ex-fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, have formally ended their months-long custody dispute, reaching a confidential settlement regarding their 3-year-old daughter.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple reached an agreement last week covering custody, visitation, child support and other arrangements—including matters such as health insurance. The full terms remain sealed, keeping the finer details private.
The resolution brings an end to a tense legal back-and-forth that escalated earlier this year. In April, Park filed to have the custody case transferred to Los Angeles, where child support rulings can be significantly higher. Post, however, had already opened proceedings in Utah, the state where the pair had been informally sharing parenting duties. Sources previously noted that Park relocated to California at the beginning of 2025 after their relationship ended in late 2024.
During that period, Post Malone briefly entered a new relationship and was spotted on a date in Rome with Christy Lee. The romance reportedly fizzled out before summer.
For now, both Post Malone and Park appear to have put their differences aside, marking a meaningful step toward long-term stability for their daughter.
