‘LA is finished’ Rapper 50 Cent on zero bail policy

The reinstatement of a new $0 bail policy in Los Angeles has come as an unwelcome shock to American rapper 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson. Posted by 50 Cent on his Instagram page, he expressed distress and disappointment over the state of laws in the famous city implying that LA will be finished with this new bail policy.

A new zero bail policy has been reinstated in Los Angeles and has given American rapper 50 Cent aka Curtis Jackson some rude shocks. 50 Cent wrote on his Instagram page, “LA is finished. Watch how bad it gets out there. SMH (shaking my head).”

The policy had been gaining popularity ever since the COVID 19 pandemic to reduce crowding in prisons and has brought bail amounts down to as low as zero if the suspect is involved in a nonviolent crime such as shoplifting or stealing.

50 Cent has reason to speak as he does. He himself was attacked by a gunman outside his grandmother’s home when an assailant fired nine shots at close range with a 9mm handgun.

Just yesterday, 50 Cent had said that he was concerned about the opinion posted by the media on his reactions to the new bail policy.
