Nigerian celebs are celebrating the release of celebrity var man, Cubana Chief Priest, from the EFCC. The EFCC arraigned Chief Priest earlier today on charges of Naira mutilation.
According to Channels Television, the EFCC filed a three-count complaint against the businessman for spraying and tampering with naira during a social gathering, which violated the rules of the Central Bank Act of 2007.
Pascal appeared before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court in Lagos on Wednesday morning, April 17th, 2024, and pled not guilty to allegations of naira misuse. The celebrity bartender was granted N10 million bail.
