Kylian Mbappe played his final game for Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday, helping the team secure a victory in the French Cup final against Lyon.
Ousmane Dembele and Fabio Ruiz scored the goals for PSG in their 2-1 win, with Jake O’Biren pulling one back for Lyon in the second half.
Goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma made a crucial save to secure the victory for PSG.
With this win, PSG, who are the reigning Ligue 1 and French Super Cup champions, claimed their 15th Cup title, a record-extending achievement for the club.
Their last Cup title was in 2021. Despite their success in domestic competitions, PSG fell short in the Champions League, exiting at the semi-final stage at the hands of Borussia Dortmund.
Mbappe, who is departing PSG as a free agent, is expected to join Real Madrid in the near future.
