Addressing claims made by some social media users that his debut album ‘Stubborn’ failed to gain commercial success due to a lack of negative comments and haters to make it trend,

He dismissed the assumption as “dumb.”

Victony emphasized that those pushing this narrative have unrealistic expectations for the album, considering his current position in the music industry.

On his X handle, he wrote: “Lmao, Victony need more haters gotta be the dumbest shit I seen cos what’s the rush? Everyone wanna be Rema and Asake in 2 hours?”
