Rema, also known as Divine Ikubor, a Nigerian singer, is scheduled to make his debut at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2025.
Seun Kuti, an Afrobeat star, will be returning for the festival as well. Amaarae from Ghana and Tyla from South Africa are the other African artists featured in the digital flier released by the organizers.
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, commonly known as Coachella, is an annual event in California, USA, attracting over 125,000 attendees. It is renowned as the world’s largest music and arts festival.
Seun Kuti was the first Nigerian artist to perform in 2012, followed by Mr. Eazi and Burna Boy in 2019, Ckay in 2022, and Tems earlier this year.
