It is widely acknowledged that Diddy is presently entangled in a considerable amount of legal complications.
In September, the influential figure was apprehended and subsequently charged with offenses pertaining to purported sex trafficking and racketeering. He continues to remain in custody while awaiting his trial, which is anticipated to commence in May of 2025. Additionally, he is confronting several lawsuits from individuals who allege acts of sexual assault, abuse, and other related accusations. The situation appears to be worsening, as recently, the extensive list of alarming allegations against him has expanded.
As reported by TMZ, an unnamed woman has initiated a lawsuit against Diddy, claiming that he sexually assaulted her during a charity basketball event held at the City College of New York in 1991. At that time, Diddy was not yet a public figure, but he allegedly sponsored the event.
The woman contends that a yet-to-be-identified rapper extended an invitation to her and a companion. Upon their arrival, she asserts that they successfully persuaded a security guard to grant them early access.
Once inside, the woman claims they were directed to Diddy’s improvised dressing area located near the gym locker rooms, where they sought his assistance in locating the aforementioned rapper. Regrettably, this is purportedly where events took a disturbing turn.
Allegedly, Diddy provided the woman with a cup that he purported contained Coca-Cola, which she ingested and subsequently felt disoriented. He then purportedly sexually assaulted her, and when she threatened to disclose the incident to her rapper acquaintance, he allegedly cautioned her against doing so, stating that “people can come up missing.”
Diddy’s legal representatives have refuted these allegations on his behalf.”As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” they told TMZ. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
