Kelechi Iheanacho Thriving at Celtic After Summer Move
Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho says he is relishing life at Scottish Premiership champions Celtic following his free transfer from Sevilla earlier this month.
The 28-year-old forward arrived as a replacement for former talisman Adam Ndah, a move initially met with skepticism from sections of the Hoops’ fanbase.
However, the player has quickly silenced critics, registering two goals and one assist in his first three matches under manager Brendan Rodgers.
“I’m loving it here and coming here was a very good decision, it’s going really well and hopefully there is more to come,” he told the club’s official website.
Iheanacho, who is determined to keep scoring for the Glasgow giants, is expected to feature when Celtic face Hibernianon Saturday.
