The Senior Pastor of Conquerors Global Assembly, Bishop David Abioye, has shared how his wife was miraculously healed after being diagnosed with HIV during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Speaking during a live Sunday service, Bishop Abioye said the diagnosis came as a shock, but he immediately rejected it and turned to prayer based on scriptural conviction.
He recalled:
“During COVID-19, they said my wife had HIV. I said no — not in this body. By the time they checked her again, they couldn’t find anything there.”
The cleric explained that his response was anchored in a Bible verse that inspired his faith.
“I got a scriptural revelation — ‘the prince of this world came to check me and found nothing’. So, I told them to go and do another check-up. They did, and nothing was found.”
Bishop Abioye used the testimony to encourage believers to confront sickness with spiritual authority rather than fear.
“Healing is not for gentlemen,” he declared. “You don’t nurse sickness to go — you fight sickness to go.”
The testimony has since sparked conversations online, with many describing it as a powerful example of faith and divine intervention.
