Popular Afrobeat artiste Afeez Adeshina, widely known as Destiny Boy, has passed away at the age of 22.
The news of the young singer’s death was confirmed on Sunday, January 18, 2025, after a video showing his lifeless body began circulating on social media, sparking shock and grief among fans and colleagues.
As of the time of this report, Destiny Boy’s remains are being conveyed to Abeokuta, Ogun State, where he is expected to be laid to rest.
