American rapper Latto has confirmed she is expecting a child, unveiling the news through the cover art of her upcoming album Big Mama.
The “Big Energy” hitmaker, born Alyssa Stephens, put speculation to rest after sharing the album artwork on Instagram Thursday night. The image features the 27-year-old proudly showing her baby bump in a black crop top while holding a baby cheetah.
Latto also weaves her pregnancy into her music, addressing it in both the lyrics and visuals for Business & Personal, the lead single from the project. In the video, she appears in figure-hugging outfits that highlight her bump, alongside scenes of her preparing a nursery and assembling a scrapbook filled with childhood photos and a positive pregnancy test.
One notable moment in the video shows her hand resting on her stomach alongside a tattooed male hand, widely believed to belong to fellow rapper 21 Savage, whom she confirmed she was dating in September 2025. His childhood photos are also featured in the scrapbook, further fueling speculation.
The rapper makes several references to her pregnancy in the track, including lines like “Car seat, got a kid on the way,” while also blending her signature confidence into the announcement.
Latto later appeared on Instagram Live, dancing to her new single and embracing her new identity, telling fans, “I’m big mama for real.”
Her fourth studio album, Big Mama, which follows her 2024 project Sugar Honey Iced Tea, is scheduled for release on May 29.
