Nigerian singer Portable, also known as Habeeb Okikiola, was recently involved in a physical altercation with influencer Kesari at Computer Village in Lagos State.
The incident took place shortly after Portable’s return from the UK, where he had been living.
Portable, accompanied by his Zeh Nation crew, encountered Kesari at a store and the situation quickly turned into a heated exchange.
A video of the confrontation showed Portable and Kesari trading words, with Portable eventually striking Kesari twice before things calmed down.
The video went viral on social media, sparking discussions and reactions from internet users.
Following the viral video, Kesari took to social media to address criticism directed at him for not retaliating against Portable during the altercation.
In his response, Kesari explained that he consciously chose not to engage in the fierce brawl with Portable because he did not wish to stoop too low.
He emphasized that resorting to violence would only perpetuate negative stereotypes and portray him as a hooligan.
