The Republican Presidential candidate for the United States, Donald Trump, has expressed interest in potentially appointing Tesla CEO and billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk to a cabinet or advisory role in his administration.
This statement comes after Elon Musk publicly endorsed Trump’s candidacy in the Presidential elections and even conducted an interview with him on his social media platform X.
Trump praised Musk as a smart individual and stated that he would be willing to consider him for a position in his cabinet or advisory team if Musk were interested.
“He’s a very smart guy. I certainly would, if he would do it, I would. He’s a brilliant guy,” Trump said.
Reacting, however, to Trump’s statement, Musk said he would be willing to serve if given the opportunity.
