Popular Nigerian TikToker, Peller, has been sued over alleged verbal assault and invasion of privacy.
The legal action was initiated by a Lagos-based woman, Osarobo Odigie, following an incident involving both parties at Folixxx Lounge.
According to reports, the confrontation occurred on January 6, 2026, while Odigie was purchasing food at the lounge.
It would be recalled that Peller had earlier shared a video of the verbal altercation online in January but later apologized for posting the footage without her consent.
However, in a fresh development, Odigie, through a pre-action letter issued by her lawyer, Bola Osineye of FA Garrick & Co., alleged that she was subjected to verbal abuse during the incident.
Through her legal team, she is demanding N395 million in compensation, citing defamatory publication, emotional trauma, reputational harm, and additional distress caused by alleged cyberbullying.
The letter further indicated that legal proceedings will commence next week if the stated demands are not met.
