Nightlife mogul Okechukwu Paschal, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, has contested his prosecution by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for alleged misuse of naira.
Cubana Chief Priest was arrested by the EFCC and presented before a Federal High Court in Lagos on three charges related to naira abuse.
However, his lawyer, Chukosolo Ojukwu, objected to the prosecution during the court proceedings.
Ojukwu informed the court that his client had submitted an application challenging the trial and had also filed a bail application.
