Transfer: De Bruyne to leave Man City, agrees to Saudi offer

According to reports,Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has reached an agreement on personal terms with Saudi Pro League team Al-Ittihad.

After nearly ten years with the Premier League champions, De Bruyne’s contract is set to expire in June 2025.

Journalist Rudy Galetti has stated that Al-Ittihad and the Belgian midfielder have settled on terms for a potential move. Talks are said to be ongoing between the two clubs regarding the transfer.

In an interview last month, De Bruyne admitted that “at my age you have to be open to everything.

“You’re talking about incredible amounts of money in what may be the end of my career. Sometimes you have to think about that.”

The 33-year-old joined City from Wolfsburg for £55million in 2015.

Should the deal go through, he would be joining the likes of Karim Benzema, Fabinho, and N’Golo Kante at Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League.
