Paris Saint-Germain sack Thomas Tuchel set to be replaced by Mauricio Pochettino


French Ligue 1 champion Paris Saint-Germain has sacked their manager Thomas Tuchel after a disappointing 4 nil defeat to Strasbourg on their last match for 2020.



Tuchel leaves the Parc des Princes after two-and-a-half years in charge.

The former Borussia Dortmund boss was shown the exit door after his failed to win
against Strasbourg on Wednesday night as they fall to third on the table with just just one point off top spot currently held by Lyon.

Thomas Tuchel won six trophies with Les Parisiens, including back-to-back Ligue 1

crowns and led Paris Saint-Germain to the UEFA Champions League final last season where they lost to Bayern Munich.
